Help Needed!!

I'm currently working on a big relaunch for HTR-Pillow Talk with AJ, and I’m in need of some fabulous talent with website images (ie: webpage banner with matching iTunes 300 X 300 album art and 201 X 69 small link banner) I’m of course no good with the art thing (I know - I’m gay and that shouldn’t be a problem..but whatever).
I’m really looking for something that captures me and the vibe of the show in a very creative way. This artwork (esp the website banner) will be the showcase art of my new wordpress site for the show and show notes. I’m going to really keep the actual website very simple and user friendly (ie: not alot of flash or tons of banners like my current site but…more text link driven)
The background of the website will either be white or black in order to keep it simple and to make the creation of banners and such … an easier task.
If you are interested in helping me out with this, please feel free to use any pictures from my flickr account or whatever you would like to use in order to make the job easier (esp since I can’t afford to pay a dime for it)
