We all have a responsibility to prevent others from harm. In this case, to prevent others from becoming ill.

I feel that what "this person" is committing a crime. A criminal act that should have strong consequences.

He is using a "weapon" to harm others. And for him to be a nurse, I can't believe this. How can he go to his job everyday helping others, to turn around, an engage in this reckless and irresponsible activity when he's off the clock. Baffles my mind. But let's not forget, that the guy he's fucking has his own responsibility to protect himself by engaging in safe sex, condoms, etc. We can't blame everything on Mr. HIV+.

Clearly, this type of behavior is what got him infected in the first place. What's so horrible now, the first time, he was the only one to suffer. Now he's bringing others down with him. It's really quite sad.

Let's hope he gets a conscience soon.
