You bring up a good point, illustrating the failure of the mainstream media to report to the American people the entire devastation of Hurricane Katrina, and its continuing aftermath. I just saw a news report (on CNN of all stations, surprise, surprise) on the increase in overall suicides in the City of New Orleans. It seems that many of these suicide victims are career professionals, such as doctors and lawyers. The report cited such instigating factors as general feelings of sadness, loss of control of ones life, depression, grief, and having to live in aeas that have been completely destroyed. Residents stated that major areas of the city are never going to recover. The happy, carefree televison images of the French Quarter masquerades the quagmire of horrible problems New Orlean's residents are now having to face. A good Menstrual Monday show topic: "Should the City of New Orleans celebrate Mardi Gras this year?".

Chocolate Dog! Funny.

Thanks for the shoutouts and kind words.
